​Q: ummmm that is not the colour scheme i want?

A: u pick the main colour so if u want pink as your main colour then pick pink and we will do the rest [you can email us if you want to choose the accent colour as well]

Q: how do we pay?

A: paypal or bank deposit - use the contact tab to order if u want to pay by Bank deposit or even to layby​

Q: What do you mean by LIMITED EDITION?

A: we have put a limit on this collection of 100 items in total & ea item is numbered on a sewn on tag and once the 100 has been reached then the designs will be retired - this way it is far more exclusive - also each is a one of a kind so even tho we make 100 each and every one will be different!!

Q: Will they all look like the one the girl is wearing in the photos??

A: NO, that is the STYLE of the item and the fabrics, colours, trims may differ.

Q: What if i love the design but dont like the colours the girl is wearing?

A: in each listing you get to say the 2 main colours that you want and we will use that preference as the basis of your made to order item :)

Q: Do you have these all made?

A: NO we dont as we dont know what people will want so we could be making 100 dresses or 25 dresses, 10 capes, 30 tops etc so we make them to order.

Q: how long will it take to get my item made?

A: please allow 2-3 weeks for yours to be ready.

Q: My girl hates red, how do i make sure no red is in the outfit?

A: easy, email us once you have ordered/paid for your item and let us know what colour you DONT want in your item :)

Q: I would like the whole set for my girl, do I get a discount if i get it all at once?

A: We would love it if you bought the whole set and if you do get it all in the one size at the same time then you get our limited edition accessories kit as well.

Q: can i layby the whole set?

A: yes you sure can, you need to pay 20% upfront at time of ordering and that is non-refundable if you change your mind. You have 2 months to pay the rest of the layby.

Q: how do i know what my set will look like if each one is different??

A: well you dont really, that is why we ask for 2 colour options and we know the size so we will pick the fabrics, trims that we think appropriate for the size/age bracket.

We hope you will let us do what we do best and make a truly unique and wonderful set for your sweetie without you knowing exactly what u are getting.

Q: how will it arrive?

A: each one is wrapped like a present so rest assured you can let your birdie unwrap it herself without worrying about any surprises other than "what will it look like?"
